My dentist was impressed
When my previous brushing system broke I ordered the auto brush. I told my dentist who expressed skepticism about a U-shaped toothbrush. We agreed I would be the guinea pig and use the auto brush for three months until my next appointment. I resisted writing a review until I got my dentist's opinion.
After three months I came back and my dentist was impressed and excited at how clean my teeth were and how my gum inflammation had improved.
The hygienist told me to keep doing what I'm doing, and said it was my best check up yet.
They were asking questions about how to use it and how often I replace the brush heads and about the toothpaste I used. I explained the technique of rolling the brush around in the mouth so that it hit both the front and back gums as well as the gums on the far side of my wisdom teeth. I told them about the subscription where I got new brush heads every three months and ordered the foam toothpaste on demand. I heard my hygienist has recommended it to other patients. I could hear the dentist and hygienist talking about the subscription service for the new brush heads, they were impressed.
Separate from the efficiency of the brush itself I was very impressed with the customer service. They have been stellar helping me adjust my subscriptions. The website doesn't find my profile, so the responsive Customer Service has meant so much to me.
My teeth are cleaner, my breath is fresher, and I can definitely tell that my teeth are whiter.
It cost a little more than the spin brush that I have used in the past and it cost a little more than the toothbrush and water floss system that I had before but I would never go back. The difference in the cleaning makes it worth it.
Pro tip: you can buy multiple brush heads and swap them out so everyone in the family could use the same electric base and have their own brush head.
